This section defines what sets are and uses it as a foundation for understanding probability.

In the first lesson sets and the set operations union, intersection, complement, and Cartesian product are defined.

The second lesson introduces the terms sample spaces and events and goes over how to describe them in the language of sets.

The last lesson uses the terms defined in the second lesson to define different probability models.
